“Sleep is like the golden chain that binds our health and body together,” as stated by Thomas Dekker. With this being said, having the knowledge that the students are having complete sleep is a must!

Do you have the skills to shake your strong emotions off? Here’s an activity to make the students aware of the things that they can do in order to regulate their emotions amidst stressful situations.

How does our eating habits affect our whole being? Take the students to a step closer to clean eating as they assess their eating patterns. From there, they can learn what to adjust in the future.
