Genuine expression of care for others is one of the foundations of a healthy relationship. Devise a personal plan on how you will do this while being guided by every step of the activity’s staircase!

Just like a glass too full, too much tension and distress in one’s emotions can overflow, too. Prevent this from happening by religiously practicing these simple tension-releasing exercises.

Our desire to do something roots from what we feel within and what we’re willing do to with it. This will be instilled to the students as they create and perform a jingle about being better learners in school!
