Knowing oneself is the key to unlocking real potential. There are many ways to do this and in this lesson, you will know yourself by writing it down on a piece of paper and putting it in your own Personality Jar.

“When will my reflection show, who I am, inside?” Sounds familiar, right? Self-reflecting is an important practice in our lives. And this activity is the perfect vessel for improving your emotional intelligence even at an early age.

Trust is the foundation of any genuine relationship. Impart this value to the students as early as now as they take part in this trust building task. Will they be able to form one in class? Try and see!

No matter what happens, there will always be things that we should be thankful for. In this lesson, students will create small notes they will give to special people.
