Description
How does our eating habits affect our whole being? Take the students to a step closer to clean eating as they assess their eating patterns. From there, they can learn what to adjust in the future.
Students will learn to maintain a food diary as a daily log of what they eat and drink. If they want to improve their physique and health, the diary helps them understand their eating habits. Once they know this, they can make changes to their diet to improve their health through their nutrition.

It’s never too early – nor too late – to encourage learners to have healthy eating habits. The excellent thing is that teaching youngsters the value of fruits, vegetables, and healthy diets can be fun by playing this fruit and veggie Bingo game!
