Genuine expression of care for others is one of the foundations of a healthy relationship. Devise a personal plan on how you will do this while being guided by every step of the activity’s staircase!

Feeling down and lonely? Open up and throw away your worries by writing it in a piece of paper so you don’t have to carry it with you in this lesson that will surely cheer you up.

There’s something to be thankful for everyday. What are thankful for today? Write it down and put it in a jar and watch it fill up as we learn to be thankful for all things.
