There’s something to be thankful for everyday. What are thankful for today? Write it down and put it in a jar and watch it fill up as we learn to be thankful for all things.
There’s nothing more freeing than having the freedom to let go of one’s thoughts. Have the students write their thoughts out based on the prompts given and have a peek at who they really are on the inside!
Are you in search of a way to manage your intense feelings and emotions? Perhaps a mindfulness exercise is what you are looking for! These activities may be done in order to calm one’s mind.
Our desire to do something roots from what we feel within and what we’re willing do to with it. This will be instilled to the students as they create and perform a jingle about being better learners in school!
