The students will undergo a mediation session-a mindfulness exercise to be specific. They will learn how a mindfulness exercise is done and when they can practice it in order to release intense emotions.

Colors and how well they go with one another help make an outfit stand out. In this lesson, students will dress up as fruits by using their natural colors to create an outfit.

There’s nothing more freeing than having the freedom to let go of one’s thoughts. Have the students write their thoughts out based on the prompts given and have a peek at who they really are on the inside!

Knowing what our strengths are is a step towards being good at other things. In this lesson, students will write what they want to learn about and further improve.

What do you do when you see someone struggling? Lend a hand! Students will learn the value of support in this lesson where they will write short support messages in a hand-shaped paper cutout.
