Just like a glass too full, too much tension and distress in one’s emotions can overflow, too. Prevent this from happening by religiously practicing these simple tension-releasing exercises.
Knowing what our strengths are is a step towards being good at other things. In this lesson, students will write what they want to learn about and further improve.
As they say, life is too short to wear boring clothes. Design your own clothing pieces in this session, but be prepared for the twist that is yet to unfold!
