Going through the path of overthinking may lead us to unhappiness. Having the knowledge on how to refrain ourselves from doing it and detouring from this path is a must if one wishes to achieve genuine happiness!
Without a doubt, the key to one’s heart is honesty. Let the students be open and truthful with their feelings using different-colored hearts in this activity.
Reflection on who we are today is truly helpful. But using this reflection to foresee and plan out who we will be in the future is something more extra!
