Just like love, popcorns starts with one kernel and it multiplies, just like how we spread love. Spread love this valentines season by giving your loved ones a bag of popcorn.

As Robert Urich said, “A healthy outside starts from the inside.” This is true in many aspects, even in the food we eat. Students will work together to bake cauliflower tots and taste it together afterwards!

Apple sauce is a yummy treat we often find in cookies and cakes. Few know it is so easy and fun to make. This American sauce is an excellent way to get kids into cooking as few things are more satisfying than cutting apples into small bits!

Pizza can be healthy, too! Learn how to prepare one in this activity. Learning the different food groups and their respective benefits is just a pineapple topping in this lesson.
