All sweets for desserts are out, the new healthy way is in! In this activity, the students will learn a recipe fit for that. They will prepare bread bars made of veggies and more.

Too much of everything can be bad and same goes with salty and sweet food. Learn more about how you should eat them in regulation and how it affects our health in this lesson.

Healthy food can be delicious, too! In this activity, the students will experience baking something healthy and will discover more about how its nutrients will benefit their bodies!

Health will once again meet mouthwatering food in this activity! Discover the benefits of oatmeal and learn a new recipe to enjoy it.

As Robert Urich said, “A healthy outside starts from the inside.” This is true in many aspects, even in the food we eat. Students will work together to bake cauliflower tots and taste it together afterwards!
