Knowing oneself is the key to unlocking real potential. There are many ways to do this and in this lesson, you will know yourself by writing it down on a piece of paper and putting it in your own Personality Jar.

What do your classmates know about you? Are they familiar with your quirks, interests, and pet peeves? Discover the answer to this questions as you participate in this activity!

Going through the path of overthinking may lead us to unhappiness. Having the knowledge on how to refrain ourselves from doing it and detouring from this path is a must if one wishes to achieve genuine happiness!

Reflection on who we are today is truly helpful. But using this reflection to foresee and plan out who we will be in the future is something more extra!
