Apple sauce is a yummy treat we often find in cookies and cakes. Few know it is so easy and fun to make. This American sauce is an excellent way to get kids into cooking as few things are more satisfying than cutting apples into small bits!
Healthy food can be delicious, too! In this activity, the students will experience baking something healthy and will discover more about how its nutrients will benefit their bodies!
As Robert Urich said, “A healthy outside starts from the inside.” This is true in many aspects, even in the food we eat. Students will work together to bake cauliflower tots and taste it together afterwards!
