In celebration of Women’s History Month, students will learn the techniques of analyzing inspirational quotes said by prominent women in history and write their understanding of those quotes.

Describe the wonders of nature while creatively shaping words through a Haiku. Have the students discover more about this Japanese poem and try to write one themselves in this lesson!

Do you have the ability to think of things logically? Gauge the students’ critical thinking skills by having them look beyond the pictures that are shown to them and asking them thought-provoking questions.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson described, the earth do laugh in flowers. The students will be able to look at the world similarly as they participate in this activity.

Can’t go to the beach yet? For this activity, you may just close your eyes and try to picture one in the meantime. Then, let your imagination help you win the game and correctly answer the worksheets!
