Just like a glass too full, too much tension and distress in one’s emotions can overflow, too. Prevent this from happening by religiously practicing these simple tension-releasing exercises.

There’s something to be thankful for everyday. What are thankful for today? Write it down and put it in a jar and watch it fill up as we learn to be thankful for all things.

The first step to achieving your dream? Having one. Unravel the students’ aspirations for their future selves in this activity as they dress up to be someone they hope to become in the coming years.

Genuine expression of care for others is one of the foundations of a healthy relationship. Devise a personal plan on how you will do this while being guided by every step of the activity’s staircase!
