This lesson is all about encouraging the students to eat healthy and nutritious food. Fun activities will be conducted for them to identify which food is healthy and which is not.
Strengthen students’ value on Mental Health as they discover some specific aspects of the topic. Their knowledge and awareness will be tested afterwards.
How does our eating habits affect our whole being? Take the students to a step closer to clean eating as they assess their eating patterns. From there, they can learn what to adjust in the future.
How often are we reminded to keep ourselves healthy? As adolescents, we should be mindful of what we eat and do to do this. The first step: awareness! Discover these needs and habits in this activity.
It may sound cliché, but health is indeed every individual’s wealth. Have the students be reminded of the ways that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle as they participate in this activity.
