The first step to self-care is self-awareness. We need to determine the needs of our body in all aspects, and it varies from person to person. Have the students try this activity to help them learn theirs.
They say that the home is a mirror of who lives in it and by that belief, students will decorate and design houses based on their character and values.
Just like a glass too full, too much tension and distress in one’s emotions can overflow, too. Prevent this from happening by religiously practicing these simple tension-releasing exercises.
Genuine expression of care for others is one of the foundations of a healthy relationship. Devise a personal plan on how you will do this while being guided by every step of the activity’s staircase!
