Oh, to be Cinderella with her glass shoes, Snow White with her seven dwarfs, and Rapunzel with her long hair. Now’s the students’ chance to be princesses as they dress and act like their Disney favorites!

Just like a glass too full, too much tension and distress in one’s emotions can overflow, too. Prevent this from happening by religiously practicing these simple tension-releasing exercises.
