Grab your rackets and grab it firmly because for this lesson, the fundamentals of table tennis, also referred to as ping pong, will be tackled. Work on this new physical skill as you play an actual game of it!

Moving the muscles upwards and downwards is insufficient when it comes to most physical activities. Lateral and side by side movements are just as important! Have the students display these new skills, too!
