Do you have a perfect pitch? If no, would you like to have one? If so, here’s the first step into doing it– learning and differentiating the highs and lows of the various sounds that we hear around us.
Dreaming to have an accordion but do not know where to find one? How about just create one? Perfect! In this activity, the students will create a make-do of this musical instrument.
Have you ever seen a cassette tape? This is just one of the items that our grandparents used to listen to music. In this lesson, the students will not only listen, but also perform selected American Folk Songs.
Music makes us remember and feel things far from what we thought we feel and remember. This activity will help us manifest these feelings and memories creatively by drawing them.
