Description
Do you know someone who starves themselves to be “healthy”? Eating better must be preferred than eating less. Do this by loading your plate with food that will surely suffice the nutritional needs of your body!
The students will discover all about go, grow, and glow foods. Worksheet A will be about the MyPlate Food Guide while Worksheet B will be about identifying food groups. The students will cut the food items from Worksheet C and paste them onto the correct category on Worksheet B.
