Where else will we learn extraordinary locomotor movements but from our friends–the animals! Watch the students determine the given actions and execute it in a friendly competition.
Can you be happy but look sad? How about being scared but laughing? This acting exercise will test the students’ acting skills when they roll the dice and have their classmates roll on the floor laughing, too!
The struggles we encounter today will serve as our strengths tomorrow. Let the students develop these strengths as early as now as they sue their physical skills to overcome an obstacle course.
Being fit is more than just looking good. Learning about skill-related fitness and its role to our day to day activities will show the students why. They will get to test theirs as well.
