Description
Taking care of our bodies is a form of self-love. It does not even have to be costly or be extremely tiring to be one. Discover the habits that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle in this activity.
Let the students enjoy this easy, yet challenging, way of naming the five Healthy Habits. The pictures will be printed on cardstocks which will be turned into puzzles. Each group of students shall be given five sets of puzzles and finish them to get a point.

“Sleep is like the golden chain that binds our health and body together,” as stated by Thomas Dekker. With this being said, having the knowledge that the students are having complete sleep is a must!
How often are we reminded to keep ourselves healthy? As adolescents, we should be mindful of what we eat and do to do this. The first step: awareness! Discover these needs and habits in this activity.
It’s never too early – nor too late – to encourage learners to have healthy eating habits. The excellent thing is that teaching youngsters the value of fruits, vegetables, and healthy diets can be fun by playing this fruit and veggie Bingo game!
According to a Lebanese proverb, “Hygiene is two thirds of [our] health”. Help instill this idea to the students as early as now and gauge their knowledge about the topic, as they accomplish this activity.
