As people, we tend to find strength in the difficulties that we face. When it comes to our physical health, we have to go through something similar. Explore some exercises that will help you do it here!

According to Don Meyer, self-defense involves courage, energy, and intelligence. All of these characteristics will be embodied by the students as they engage in various martial arts related activities.

How high can you jump? Do you think you can make it higher? Learn the proper attire, stance, and other techniques that will help you do the high jump. Be prepared, an assessment will be done immediately after!

What do you know about javelins and about throwing them? Learn more about it in this session and enhance students’ hand-eye coordination by having them try the sports out!
