“Sleep is like the golden chain that binds our health and body together,” as stated by Thomas Dekker. With this being said, having the knowledge that the students are having complete sleep is a must!
In this lesson, the students will learn to maintain a daily log of their sleeping routine. Doing this will help them understand their routine and identify reasons for any deviation from following a good habit. It will aid them to make improvements in health with sufficient sleep.
